این سوئیت یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز به همراه سوسن چلچراغ در روستای سیبن واقع شده است که با رودبار حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود سوسن چلچراغ در حیاط سوئیت و پرورش آن توسط میزبان خوش ذوق این اقامتگاه، جلوه‌ای خاص و کم‌نظیر به فضای اقامتگاه بخشیده و تجربه‌ای کم نظیر و به‌یادماندنی برای مهمانان رقم می‌زند، همچنین این گل معمولا در بازه اواخر خرداد تا اوایل تیر گل‌دهی دارد.
