این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای ازبرم واقع شده است که در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از شهر سیاهکل قرار دارد.
طراحی ویلا به صورت دوبلکس است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی و طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس دنج می باشد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
