این ویلا سه خوابه مستر دارای استخر و حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای عبدلده واقع شده که تا چمستان حدود 3.5 کیلومتر و تا شهر نور حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای استخر، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، استخر، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی و طبقه بالا دارای سه اتاق خواب مستر و تراس دلباز می باشد، همچنین یک تراس دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی، چتر، آشپزخانه در طبقه آهر قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته نیز در شهرک مستقر است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
