این ویلا دو خوابه مستر در روستای کردزار با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از شهریار واقع شده است. ویلا با استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، میز فوتبالدستی، سیستم صوتی و حیاطی دلباز به همراه آلاچیق، آتشدان و باربیکیو فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانان فراهم کرده است.
