این ویلا با دو اتاق خواب مستر در روستای لم آباد واقع شده است که تا شهر ملارد حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، سیستم صوتی و حیاط محوطه سازی شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای استخر سرپوشیده، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می باشد، همچنین جکوزی در داخل اتاق خواب مستر قرار گرفته است ولی هم اکنون غیرفعال است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و نگهبان نیز به صورت 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
