این ویلا دو خوابه در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی در چابکسر واقع شده است. استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم به همراه جکوزی در حیاط تعبیه شده است که تا ورودی ساختمان حدود 5 متر فاصله دارد.
اطراف باغ با دیوار محصور است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد و دروازه و ورودی حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان در اختیار مهمانان است. جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته مشرف به باغ می باشد.
