اجاره خانه ویلایی در خمام - خواچکین
این خانه ویلایی سه خوابه با حیاطی دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی و تاب، در روستای خواچکین واقع شده است که با شهر خمام حدود 3 کیلومتر و با شهر رشت حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف خانه با دیوار محصور شده است و برای تامین امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی، حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری در دسترس است، همچنین لازم به ذکر است یک مسجد در فاصله حدود 30 متری از خانه قرار دارد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت برای ایرانسل به صورت 4g است ولی همراه اول از پوشش اینترنت ضعیفی برخوردار است.
این اقامتگاه در موقعیت خوبی به جهت دسترسی به دو شهر توریستی رشت و بندرانزلی و جاذبه های گردشگری قرار گرفته است که مرداب بندرانزلی، آلاچیق درختی خمام، جنگل فتاتو، اسکله بندرانزلی، منطقه آزاد و تجاری کاسپین، بازار و دیدنی های شهر رشت تنها بخشی از این جاذبه ها می باشد.
