این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده و با فاصله حدود 50 متری از ساحل دریا در شهر بندرانزلی واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد.
