این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلنشین در شهر خوی واقع شده است که با آرامگاه شمس تبریزی حدود 3.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در همکف دارای پذیرایی و آشپزخانه می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 3 پله در نیم طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام تعبیه شده است.
حیاط خانه با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری در دسترس است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
