این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان یک طبقه دو واحدی در شهر دامغان واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که در همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در نیم طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و حمام قرار دارد، لازم به ذکر است یک سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی در حیاط موجود است، همچنین تنها حمام واحد در نیم طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و برای تامین امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی، پارکینگ، حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشند.
گفتنی است دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ به صورت مشترک با ساکنین طبقه زیرهمکف استفاده می شود، همچنین خانه دارای یک حیاط مستقل نیز می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری از خانه در دسترس است.
