این کلبه دو خوابه به همراه وان جکوزی و تراس با چشم انداز زیبا در منطقه ییلاقی و کوهستانی با آب و هوای دلنشین در روستای شانه تراس واقع شده است و تا شهر تنکابن حدود 33 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این واحد به صورتی است که طبقه زیرهمکف با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای فضای خواب با تخت خواب دو نفره، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی، طبقه همکف (با دسترسی از خارج واحد) دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، وان جکوزی و تراس دلباز مجهز به تخت و میز و صندلی می باشد و در طبقه آخر فضای نشیمن و دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
