این خانه مبله دو خوابه با چشم اندازی زیبا در بافت تاریخی شهر پاوه واقع شده است.
لازم به ذکر است مهمانان گرامی بعد از پارک خودرو با حدود 25 پله به سمت پایین به حیاط خواهند رسید، همچنین خانه با دسترسی حدود 25 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
محوطه ساختمان با توجه به بافت پلکانی از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مستقل توسط مهمانان استفاده می گردد.
