The rural house design is two-story; the ground floor includes a cafe, Iranian and Western toilets, along with a bathroom. The second floor has three identical and interconnected rooms. The rooms are equipped with gas heaters, ceiling fans, and bedding. Shared facilities for these rooms include a veranda, a bathroom with Western and Iranian toilets.
It should be noted that guests cannot cook in this accommodation.
The area around the yard is enclosed by a fence, and the host also resides on the premises. For additional security, the entrance and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
