این کلبه چوبی بدون اتاق خواب به همراه امکاناتی نظیر جکوزی و چشم انداز زیبای کوه در روستای خوش آب و هوای اتو واقع شده است که تا شهر زیرآب حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه می باشد و یک اتاقکی در مجاورت آشپزخانه قرار دارد که در آن حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و جکوزی واقع شده است، همچنین در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب (بدون در) قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه با دیوار کوتاه و فنس محصور شده است و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر مسیر دسترسی به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود یک کیلومتر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
