اجاره ویلا استخردار در نیشابور - فخریه
این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای فخریه و با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از شهر نیشابور واقع شده است.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا (با دسترسی از خارج ویلا) یک سالن مجهز به تخت تک نفره، میز بیلیارد، فوتبالدستی، پینگ پنگ، سرویس ایرانی و تراس دنج قرار دارد.
گفتنی است تنها حمام این ویلا در محوطه استخر قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا محصور شده است و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 150 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است سوخت مصرفی این ویلا از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
