این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با استخر سرپوشیده و حیاط دلباز در جاده سهیلیه واقع شده که فاصله آن تا کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی این ویلا می توان میز ایرهاکی و سیستم صوتی را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به صورت دو طبقه است، به گونه ای که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب مستر و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار 24 ساعته در همسایگی مستقر می باشد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق تانکر 2000 لیتری تامین می شود و توصیه می شود که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
