This one-bedroom Swiss cottage features a jacuzzi tub and a spacious yard, accessed via approximately 12 steps. It is located in Sarkusara village, about 15 km from Ramsar city.
The cottage's design includes a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a Western toilet on the lower floor, while the upper floor has one bedroom (without a door). Please note that the unit does not have an Iranian toilet.
The villa's grounds are fenced on two sides but open towards the mountain on the other two sides. For enhanced security, the entrance gate and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras. There is a building under construction adjacent to the cottage.
Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately one kilometer from the villa for their daily necessities.
