The design of this cottage is such that the lower floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a Western toilet, and the upper floor has one bedroom (without a door). Please note that the unit does not have an Iranian toilet.
The villa's perimeter is fenced on two sides, but open to the mountain on the other two sides. Also, for more security, the entrance gate and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Dear guests can use the supermarket and bakery about one kilometer away from the villa to buy their daily necessities.
