این یولا دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است در روستای گراخک و با فاصله حدود 8 کیلومتری از شاندیز قرار دارد. امکانات واحد شامل استخر، جکوزی، میز فوتبال دستی و حیاطی دلباز می باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و محوطه استخر در طبقه پایین و پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و بالکن در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با طی نمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر امکان پذیر خواهد بود.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 20 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
