این خانه دوبلکس دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه پنج واحدی با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در شهرک صدف جزیره کیش واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی در طبقه پایین و یک اتاق خواب (بدون در) و تراس در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در همین ساختمان سکونت دارد، همچنین به سبک خانه های آپارتمانی دروازه ورودی و محوطه نیز به صورت مشترک با واحدهای دیگر استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری خانه استفاده نمایند.
