The house, dating back to the Qajar era and once serving as a social and cultural hub, now, after professional restoration with beautiful windcatchers and a unique design, allows visitors to enjoy its historic ambiance and natural ventilation system.
The suite features a double bed, traditional bedding, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. Shared amenities in this complex include a central kitchen, a spacious courtyard, and a bathroom with both Iranian and Western toilets.
Please note that the accommodation does not have private parking. Guests must park their vehicles in the public parking lot located 50 meters from the unit. It is possible to make a short stop next to the accommodation for unloading luggage and dropping off guests.
The area around the accommodation is enclosed by a wall, and the host also resides on the premises. For added security, the entrance gate and common areas are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located approximately 500 meters from the accommodation.
Mobile network coverage for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
