این ویلای سه خوابه دوبلکس با استخر و بالکن دلباز در محیطی شهرکی در شهر کوهسار واقع شده که حدود 5 کیلومتر با کردان و حدود 30 کیلومتر با کرج فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان میز بیلیارد، ایرهاکی، فوتبال دستی و سیستم صوتی را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و تراس قرار دارد.
استخر مسقف در محوطه حیاط و روبروی ورودی ویلا واقع شده همچنین دسترسی واحد از پارکینگ با پیمودن حدود 10 پله به سمت بالا امکانپذیر می باشد.
