این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه 4 واحدی در روستای جیرهلوان در مسیر جاده سه هزار واقع شده که تا شهر تنکابن حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار و از سمت دیگر به وسیله فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه دوم همین ساختمان سکونت دارد که ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان و سایر مهمانان استفاده می گردد.
