این اتاق 25 متری مستر در یک مجموعه اقامتی سه واحدی با فاصله حدود 400 متری از ساحل در بافت تاریخی بندرکنگ واقع شده است که با بندرلنگه حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اتاق شامل یک تخت دو نفره، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و اسپیلت بوده اما فاقد امکانات پخت پز می باشد.
مشاعات اقامتگاه شامل حیاطی دلنشین به همراه درخت نخل، جم، لوز و... بوده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است که با توجه به اینکه کوچه دارای عرض کم می باشد نیاز است خودرو را در فاصله حدود 200 الی 500 متری پارک کرده و مابقی مسیر را به صورت پیاده طی کنید.
آب لوله کشی این منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی برای آشامیدن به همراه داشته باشند.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری اقامتگاه در دسترس هستند.
