این خانه ویلایی سه خوابه در جزیره زیبای هرمز با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از قلعه پرتغالی ها و بندرگاه هرمز واقع شده است.
گفتنی است سرویس ایرانی در حیاط خلوت قرار دارد، حیاط خلوت اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده. همچنین حیاط اقامتگاه در قسمت پشت ویلا قفل و قابل استفاده مهمانان نیست.
برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت، نانوایی و رستوران به ترتیب در فاصله حدود 50 متری، 100 متری و 300 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایید
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
آب مصرفی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند، همچنین سوخت مصرفی نیز از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
