The cottage grounds are enclosed by a wall, and the host resides in the vicinity. Please note that the tap water for the accommodation is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, it is recommended that guests bring their own mineral water for consumption. The cottage also does not have a city gas supply. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged with prior notice and at an additional cost. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately one kilometer. The signal quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet coverage is available. Kindly note that the last 20 meters of the path leading to the cottage is a dirt road, accessible by all types of vehicles.
