این خانه سنتی یکخوابه با حیاطی دلنشین (با دسترسی حدود 3 پله به سمت پایین) در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی در شهر قمصر با فاصله حدود 30 کیلومتری از کاشان واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و اتاق خواب می باشد و سرویس ایرانی با حمام در ایوان ورودی قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز با دروازه ورودی جداگانه در طبقه بالای ساختمان سکونت دارد که از بالکن میزبان، حیاط طبقه همکف قابل رویت می باشد.
