این سوئیت یکخوابه به همراه تراس با چشم انداز زیبا در منطقه ییلاقی و کوهستانی با آب و هوای دلنشین در روستای میانکوه واقع شده است و تا شهر تنکابن حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد و طراحی آن به صورتی است که با دسترسی حدود 16 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
