این ویلا سه خوابه که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر است در روستای اربه کله و با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر رامسر واقع شده است. امکانات ویلا شامل بالکن و چشم انداز زیبای آن می باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایوان در طبقه پایین و دو اتاق خواب و بالکن در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است، همچنین اقامتگاه فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
