این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه دارای حیاط دنج در روستای سید کلاته و با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر رامیان واقع شده است.
خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی در حیاط تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 100 متر مسیر منتهی به ساختمان به صورت خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
