این اتاق 12 متری با صبحانه رایگان در روستای چاوشی و با فاصله حدود 65 کیلومتری از شهر بوشهر واقع شده است. واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و در یک مجموعه بوم گردی 4 واحدی قرار دارد.
امکانات این اتاق (فاقد امکانات پخت و پز) شامل یک تخت دو نفره، سرویس خواب، یخچال، تلویزیون، اسپلیت، بخاری برقی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به محوطه دلچسب، بالکن، آشپزخانه مشترک، حمام و سرویس ایرانی اشاره کرد.
اطراف محوطه مجموعه با دیوار محصور و مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است، همچنین نگهبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
