این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در منطقه دریا پشته و با فاصله حدود 4 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر رامسر واقع شده است. هر دو اتاق این ویلا مستر هستند و ویلا مجهز به استخر، میز بیلیارد و میز فوتبال دستی می باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که در طبقه اول دارای استخر، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
