این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با استخر روباز، صندلی آفتابگیر و حیاطی دلنشین در شهر سوزا و با فاصله حدود 30 کیلومتری از قشم واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است، همچنین ورودی ابتدایی و پارکینگ اقامتگاه به صورت مشترک با یک ویلای دیگر است که پس از طی مسافت کوتاهی هر کدام حیاط مختص به خودشان را دارند و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایید.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
