این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه به همراه بالکن دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای وشمه سرا واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر ماسال حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب و بالکن واقع شده است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
