این خانه مبله دو خوابه با فاصله حدود 500 متر از ساحل دریا در شهر بندرانزلی واقع شده است.
خانه در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی به همراه آسانسور و پارکینگ قرار دارد.
اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور و تمامی مشاعات مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و میزبان نیز در ساختمان سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 500 متر است.
