این ویلای سه خوابه مستر با تراس دلباز در چهارباغ واقع شده که با کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و با شهر کرج حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
در تراس دلباز این ویلا یک آلاچیق مبله به همراه ویدئو پروژکتور تعبیه شده و از جمله امکانات تفریحی می توان میز بیلیارد را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به صورت دو طبقه است به گونه ای که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن نشمین، دو اتاق خواب مستر و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار 24 ساعته در کوچه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
آب مصرفی واحد از طریق منبع آب 2000 لیتری تامین می گردد لذا توصیه می شود که مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
