این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای دهبنه اسلام آباد واقع شده است که با سنگر حدود 7 کیلومتر و با شهر رشت حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف خانه از 3 طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس محصور شده است و نماینده میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتری در دسترس است.
