این خانه یک خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده در طبقه اول یک ساختمان سه طبقه چهار واحدی در روستای چینو واقع شده است که حدود 20 کیلومتر از شهر علی آباد فاصله دارد. بالکن دلباز این خانه دارای چشم انداز بینظیر جنگلی می باشد.
ساختمان در شیب زمین بنا شده و دارای حدود 12 پله می باشد، خانه دارای استخر، جکوزی 3 نفره، پذیرایی، دو اتاق خوب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط دلباز این ساختمان با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین محوطه حیاط به صورت مشترک قابل استفاده است.
برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانید از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 500 متری و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری استفاده نمایید. کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 150 متر مسیر منتهی به ساختمان به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
