این خانه مبله یکخوابه (با دسترسی حدود 13 پله) در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان 2 طبقه 4 واحدی در شهرک صدف جزیره زیبای کیش و با فاصله نزدیک از مرکز خرید مروارید واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، تراس و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم برای آشامیدن است، بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشید، همچنین سوخت اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 800 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
