این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با محیط آرام و ویو جنگل در حومه شهر رستمکلا واقع شده است که با شهر رستمکلا حدود 500 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر تراس بزرگ، سیستم صوتی حیاط درختکاری شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که از حیاط با دسترسی حدود 20 پله به سمت پایین به ورودی ساختمان می رسید و سپس با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دیگر به سمت بالا دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و دو تراس بزرگ می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید حمام با سرویس ایرانی در طبقه پایین قرار گرفته است، همچنین یک اتاق خواب در طبقه پایین تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار کوتاه و فنس فلزی محصور شده است، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی پارکینگ و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق منبع تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1.5 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 1.5 کیلومتر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
