این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد با فاصله حدود 4 کیلومتری نسبت به جنگل زیبای حرا در شهر طبل واقع شده که تا منطقه شهری قشم حدود 70 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا دارای یک فضای نشیمن و آشپزخانه در محوطه حیاط، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط دنج اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد.
