این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه و دوبلکس با استخر رو باز در شهر فرح آباد واقع شده که تا ساحل دریا حدود 1.8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب، حمام با سروبس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم نیز شامل تراس، اتاق خواب با حمام است.
حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
آب لوله کشی این ویلا از تانکر آب تامین می شود که کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود آب معدنی با خود به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
