این خانه مبله یکخوابه با بالکن بزرگ و دلباز (با دسترسی حدود 15 پله) در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و سه واحدی در روستای افراتخته با فاصله حدود 32 کیلومتری شهر علی آباد کتول واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب می باشد و سرویس ایرانی با حمام در محوطه بالکن قرار دارد.
اطراف محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان گاهی اوقات در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میز و مهمانان دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
