Please be aware that the cottage's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders, and tap water is sourced from a well. Therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking.
For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are available approximately one kilometer from the cottage.
Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls. Internet access for Hamrah-e Avval is 4G, but Irancell has weak internet coverage.
Approximately 100 meters of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles.
