این ویلای ساحلی یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای رستم محله واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 300 متر و با شهر اسالم حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی، حمام و ایوان می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 3 پله در نیم طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است، لازم به ذکر است ورودی سرویس بهداشتی و حمام از آشپزخانه می باشد، همچنین یک درب در زیر ساختمان برای دسترسی به انبار قرار دارد که قفل بوده و برای مهمان قابل استفاده نیست.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و برای تامین امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 30 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری در دسترس قرار دارد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
جنگل اسالم، ساحل و جنگل گیسوم، آبگرم گیوی و... از جاذبه های گردشگری اسالم زیبا می باشد.
