The interior of the cabin, accessible via approximately 8 steps, is designed such that the lower floor features a living room, kitchen, jacuzzi, and a bathroom with a Western-style toilet. The upper floor has one bedroom and a spacious balcony. There is no Iranian-style toilet.
The yard is enclosed by three walls and a grass fence on the other side. The host resides close to the accommodation, and for added security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately two kilometers away for their daily needs.
