این ویلای دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای حسن کیاده واقع شده است که با بندرکیاشهر حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و نماینده میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری در دسترس است.
با توجه به تامین آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق چاه، توصیه می شود جهت آشامیدن با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
