این خانه یکخوابه با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در روستای ظهراب علی سرا و با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر لنگرود واقع شده است. خانه دارای حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز و تراسی دلنشین می باشد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی در طبقه پایین و اتاق خواب و تراس در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس محصور است و جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 500 متر امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه نیز برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
پل خشتی، منطقه توریستی لیلا کوه، ییلاق زیبا پرشکوه، ساحل ماسه ای چمخاله و پارک آبی لنگرود (فجر) از جاذبه های قابل دسترسی از این اقامتگاه می باشد.
