The villa's design includes one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. With access via about 3 steps to the upper half-floor, there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a Western toilet with an Iranian toilet, and a bathroom.
The villa's perimeter is enclosed on 3 sides by high walls and on one side (towards the sea) by a low wall and fence. A 24-hour security guard is present in the alley, and for added security, the entrance gate and alley are equipped with CCTV cameras.
For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are available within approximately 200 meters.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access for Hamrah-e Aval is 4G, but Irancell has weak internet coverage.
It should be noted that about 30 meters of the road leading to the villa is a dirt road, accessible by all types of vehicles.
