این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای ایزخورده واقع شده است که حدود 8 کیلومتر با شهر نور فاصله دارد.‏‪
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و با دسترسی حدود 3 پله رو به پایین سرویس ایرانی قرار دارد و در طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب بالکندار) و حمام می باشد، لازم به ذکر است تنها سرویس ایرانی ویلا در طبقه پایین و تنها حمام در طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین برای تامین امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی، حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری در دسترس است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
گفتنی است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو است.
