این خانه مبله یکخوابه در طبقه اول یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی دارای حیاط دنج در منطقه ای آرام و با دسترسی آسان به مراکز خرید، با فاصله حدود 3 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر کاشان واقع شده است.
خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق به همراه حمام می باشد و سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط قرار دارد.
